Actually, the AKC standard for all four Belgians are 22-26 inches, so they certainly could be larger. I think my current boy will probably top out around 24 inches and 50lbs, though.

Indy is around 22 inches tall. Around 40-45 pounds.

But she's a Dutchie.

The standard did Black Dogs does say 22-24 is ideal for bitches and 24-26 for dogs. It gives a good bit of leeway either way though. Then there's out of standard dogs too. The actual size of them can really range from about 18" for the smallest under sized bitches to 28"+ for the biggest oversized males. So they can range from mediumish to pretty large. Roust at 6 months is almost as big as Whim!

Nico would like to say that is a good size for him to aspire to be.

Nico's sister matured at 36 ish pounds and maybe 19 inches at the shoulder. You could quite literally tuck her under your arm to carry her.

Ha! No Seven is miniature He's around 20" and 37lbs...and a boy!

Maliraptor had a Harry nephew that was really small, too. I think several of the pups in that litter were unusually tiny.
