Default Dumbbell Funny
So I started shaping Elsie to retrieve the dumbbell (which she'd never seen before). The marked behaviors went look at, touch with paw, touch with nose, scoot with nose, mouth with teeth, and I was excited because she was getting it so fast.

Then she looked up at me with a light-bulb expression, put both front paws on the ends of the dumbbell, and raced towards me, scooting it across the floor like a skateboard until it hit my feet.

So close.

Haha, she might be building up to that.

She ran into the side of my knee about a year ago and it hasn't been the same since.

Hahahaha, that is so cute.

Scout nearly knocked me down flinging her whole body into my knee because she was happy to see me last week. Oh well, knee was already shot anyway!

What a smart and funny dog! I'll bet he was a comedian in another life.

I recently returned to dumbbell training and my dog decided that he "forgot" what to do with it. He ran out to it, then looked at me, and ran back to me without it. DOH!!!
