I agree with the breaking of teeth and also some dogs swallow instead of spitting out pieces they chew off. I won't buy them.

My sister's Bulldog ate a Nylabone in chunks and had to get surgery to remove the pieces.
![]() They then bought him bigger, harder Nylabones... upon which he grinded his teeth down to nubs! LOL As with everything, supervise your dog and take anything away that you're uncomfortable with! I've given my dogs the edible Nylabones, but not the plastic ones. I do like puppy Nylabones for puppies, but for adult dogs, I like edible chews. Bully sticks, ears, raw meaty bones, etc.
