My aunts dog had both types of crystals, one inside the other. She was told by her vet to do low protein prescription food. The dog would not eat it and still was getting them. She switched to raw and hasnt had any since.

Yeah, I don't know enough about Calcium Oxylate stones to know what particular diet is best for a dog prone to them, but they are a totally different creature than struvites, which are caused by UTIs and have nothing to do with diet.
