Dog "breeds" you hate to love

We have a whippet breeder with a few dogs in our classes as well, but it is hard to compare them. Plus her whippets are racing dogs, so I'm not sure how they would compare to other whippets.

The Cavaliers remind me a bit of a milder version of Meg's softness. The people don't train with corrections anyway, so that doesn't come up, but some of them have had issues with ring stress, or worrying about being underfoot if they get stepped on/almost stepped on. They really are very neat little dogs. They wouldn't fit well into my current life with my dogs, but I could certainly see owning one down the road. They have become my favorite small breed.

Are you serious??? Omg Lola is too adorable to be real!!! That's seriously my favorite kind of dog to groom. They're so soft and fluffy after a bath and blowdry they are the one small/designer dog I could see myself caving and getting. please post more pics of her.

Yes, I was reading through and all of a sudden I was like Oh hey baby Lola! I'll post a picture thread in a little bit, she's the best dog.

Edit: Done-- I'll warn you, she looks completely different then when she was a wee little thang! I promise it's the same dog LOL.

American Bulldogs are my #1 'love to hate', I have LOVED all the ones I have met and have a hard time not scooping up every one that comes up for rehome or adoption, but bully breeds don't suit me unfortunately.

Great Pyrenees in some ways they are perfect for me but in others totally wrong. Maybe if I have a farm one day...

Smooth coated Shiloh Shepherds, I hear their temperaments are so so but aesthetically I love them. FCR's and Goldens with their health issues. Also love Chis and poodles but hate the stereotyping that comes with them.
