Ugh, well after lots of Claritin and Benedryl (no oatmeal at home), the darn thing has stopped spreading (hooray!).
I did have somebody look at it at work and he was sort of stuck between being horrified and amused by my Swiss-cheese-ness. I have been basically bathing in topical antibiotics to keep the thing on my neck from turning into gangrene or an alien or something, so unless it gets worse I'm going to try and stay out of an actual doctor's office. I did actually end up using my epipen yesterday anyways (after stepping on a bee...which I am also allergic to), and that seems to have taken the edge off the whole thing. Thanks for the help! Next time a tree or plant attacks me I will at least have a plan of action haha.
