Is a new vet Possible? Just take the blood work results over to look over. I'd be worried about lymphosarcoma or similar at this point

This. The test results aren't normal. They maybe close to normal but something is off and with drastic changes like you are seeing I'd definitely get a second opinion.

Yup, I sure can find another vet. There's only about a zillion in Greensboro.

Loyalty, however, is pretty important to me, so I'm trying to get in touch with my vet first for further clarification from him. If I still don't like what he says, then I'll find someone else.

Because they seem more like swollen glands than tumors? The vet did say that if they get bigger to come back and he'll aspirate them.

I talked to my mom last night, and in her opinion, the blood work is not normal, but also in her opinion, if there was cancer or a serious infection the blood work would be off by quite a bit more. She thinks that the test results combined with the physical symptoms suggests either a mild infection or allergies.... This dog always was difficult, but if it turns out that it's just allergies, I'll kill him myself.

Yeah, I'd be wanting that lymph node aspirate. With lymphoma, they're not "tumors", they're just big lymph nodes.

Agreed, the swollen nodes ARE the tumors in lymphoma. And typically blood work is totally normal (or with mild unremarkable changes, like yours IMO) with lymphoma. Please, please ask them to aspirate.

Brody just had sudden REALLY BIG swollen lymph nodes. He was still playing and acting normal when I found it. He had just cut back on his dog food a little.
