Sounds like what I'd be doing as well. Freehold is doing all she can and has explained herself nicely and has been met by nothing but abrasive accusatory behavior.

I hope everything works out.. but just some advice from a third party, I would suggest looking long and hard at what you both expect from each other and working on communication before going any further.
I don't know about you but the breeder/puppy owner relationship to me is supposed to be about honesty, advice and support and frankly, sire/dam or great home or not.. if the relationship isn't there, I would take a long hard look at this situation and the chances of all of this ending in a way where everyone is happy.

That would be the issue.. You stalked your breeder across the net. As a buyer, you have been awfully pushy. If I bred, I would likely be turning you down for the creep factor. You may make a great home for a pup, but it seems like you are harassing Freehold a little too much. Take a breath and a step back.

I have made my decision about the puppy, and the buyer. Thank-you for your suggestions, I have decided to follow them as I think that I'd go crazy coping with this stuff for the lifetime of whatever puppy she gets. Considering that things got heated on the other board again and things were said that were not only inflammatory but that put my reputation as a breeder in question. Well, it's not worth it to me. I don't need a puppy sale, even to a very good home, that much. There are other buyers out there. So now I have 2 boys and a girl to find homes for...

Yes, Dekka, I think that your house would be totaled in a matter of minutes of having a Wolfie. I can squeeze one in here if needed, but my mom's house is much better suited. They may be quiet natured, but they are huge.
