So, I want to get some kind of workout DVD to do on the days that I'm not running.
When I was at the UofM I had Rodney Yee's Yoga for Beginners. I don't know if it's normal or if I'm just not a yoga person, but I couldn't relax while doing yoga, I was just impatient to be done with each exercise
So I'm thinking of maybe trying pilates this time instead?
Anyone have any good beginner pilates DVD recommendations? Or other workout routine recommendations? I refuse to do the insanity workouts because I don't want to DIE. lol
ETA: I'm mainly looking for something that will be a nice core workout.
