Bacon of the sea.
I just made squid tentacles that tastes like crispy, deep fried bacon of the sea, mmmmmmm!
I took baby chocker tentacles, covered them in garlic and herb sprinkle and flour, deep fry until crispy. Once done stick on a baking sheet and douse in lemon juice. Place under a HOT grill until little legs are slightly black. It literally tastes of slightly fishy bacon. SO DELISH!!
