Is she close to labor?

Hi everyone, im new! My dog has gotten pregnant, by my neighbors dog! yay! I cannot remember when she went into heat but its been awhile! Today her peepee seems a little purple and when she peed some discharge came out? Not sure if that means anything? I also checked today and her boobs have milk in them.. any idea if she will be having labor in the next 24 hours.. If you want pics let me know i can get some!!
