Every meal I have if it includes enough fat, I stay sated don't have a desire to munch, and also don't need to eat or snack every few hours. I can do three 'meals' a day and be fine. That wasn't the case pre low carb. I also had out of control cravings often for fast food.
Being on keto, I've cooked more than ever, have a number of meals I adore and feel so not deprived on and even have a handful of go to desserts. I miss fruit some, and will later likely also be going more paleo and would like wine again in my life at a later date in moderation.

I'm going to try that recipe as soon as I can. I only have a hand blender though.
I checked some low-sugar fruits out, so we can at least eat those in moderation. Sugar free jello seems to be a favourite for people, too, for a sweet craving. Which is fine by me, jello rules.
