Thanks guys . Were both very excited. And good Luck Charlie We Get pocession April 15, which we wanted since we are not moving until April.

Monday morning were gonna have to get the inspection set up for the house, insurance and deal with the lawyers. I believe we have the 23rd to do all that. I'm sure we can get an extension if we needed it though. But I'm hoping everything goes smoothly and able to get Done in time so it's done and over with and we can finally breath ha ha
