Luce and Mushroom have both done this. I've always considered it a function of them eating too quickly and not chewing everything up as well as they should. Steve has never done it, but he's a much slower, more methodical eater.

Maybe, but we have no issues with feeding her chicken hearts, gizzards, quarters and necks. Just have issues with feeding chicken backs.
