Dog Shoes?

and thats the thing about converse, no matter how dirty and gross.. it merely adds character!
They look cute and are machine washable anyway lol

I don't have a yard (condo living) so they don't get that "doggy gross" anyway lol other than some mud or sea water at the park

Agreed. I couldn't believe it when I wore them for the first time. They don't feel like wellies at all, they are just lovely to walk in

And good for wider calves like mine too.

I wear waterproof work style boots when dog walking in the winter. Because it's really wet and muddy but my boots are 100% waterproof and it's awesome. It's just a little bit higher than the ankles..

Ohhh those purple muck boots look awesome! I didn't have anything that was good for much more than light trail walking before dog sitting. I was wearing just sneakers when I started working there but they got super muddy gross in two weeks and it hurt when Becket would try to bite my foot through them. Not to mention the property that they play on all day is 3/4 woods with small muddy streams in it. Super cool though and Izzy has gotten some great muscle tone running like a maniac two hours a day outside!

For summer I usually wear tennis shoes or these from LLBean.

For fall and non hiking outings I usually stick to tennis shoes. For hiking I have LLBean boots too that I Love!!! (I have a water resistant and a water proof pair)

I ended up getting all the boots over the years when I started doing tracking with Riley. I needed boots for all conditions, and am glad I have them all.

The first pair of dog shoes sure are some stylish dog boots. I do like the Muck Boots and they have some that are a little bit better fit for male dog handlers. I just can't see myself wearing the purple boots

They come in loads of colours..purple was just my choice.
