I can't even imagine possibilities of what went on there. How heartless, and how heartbreaking for any pet owner or pet to have to go through something like that.

That is absolutely HORRIBLE. Some people have no hearts.
That poor girl, if I was her mom I would want to beat the h3ll out of someone. People like that have a special place in h3ll. They really do. My neighbor has a 10 year old Autistic daughter and they want to get her a Golden or a Rottie for a service dog, but they are terrified something like this would happen again cause they got her a service dog that was a GSD and he was stolen when Chloe (their daughter) was only 5 years old, and they had gotten that dog when Chloe was about 6 months old. Grrr.

The punishment for hurting/killing animals should be much steeper. This person needs to spend time in jail when they catch her.
