In person he looks much more midget Border Collie in person than Mini Aussie. He is really fine boned and Mini Aussies are built like well mini versions of the regular Aussie, lol. I would guess some sort of toy breed mixed with BC or a freak runty BC. Who knows, he was a stray!

My good friend has two contact point border collies who aren't even 30 lbs. Some of these sporter collies are very small so you may be on to something.
That said... Who!? lol

I don't like this guessing game, no I don't! Therefore, since I don't like it, I think you should just say it. And then we'll (AHEM*I*AHEM) will be happy.
 That said, the dog is adorable and I hope everything works out!
