I thought it was potato. Stick a fork in it 5 times, put it in the microwave for 10 minutes (uhh, take the fork out first, and real microwaves might cook faster) and eat.
I think the biggest problem with corn is the allergies. Its not a terrible food on its own, and the nutrient profiles do mean something, but the dane sized poop coming from labs seems to show that there are some digestibility problems no matter what they're saying, or how much you grind it. Fiber can be important but not THAT much. |
