So I've went to see family for the fourth, thinking we'd come home a couple days later. I ended up pet sitting for my family when they had a family emergency came up, so I'll be here 10 days instead of 5 days.
Even though I've been surrounded by dogs and cats the whole time, I miss my dogs!

(((((HUGS))))) I hope everything will be ok for you family. I bet you do miss your dogs and they miss you just as much.

Bahaha, no. My grandmother (huge dog lover) has a digital photo frame and I was over there Wednesday and I always put tons of photos of my dogs on the frame, so I was able to watch lots of photos of them. Which kind of made it worse, LOL.
This is by far the most I've ever been away from my dogs. I was away from them in June for 9 days and now in July I'm away for 10, then in August I'll be away for another 7. Though, being away has definitely shown me I made the right decision to stay at home for the first 2 years of college with my dogs - I wouldn't make it without them.
