I'm voting for B, but I'd recommend straigtening out the horizon

Kinda, I am taking a photography class and there is a contest. The winner get's extra credit and their photo in the school newspaper, which would just be nice to win, but no big thing if I don't.

I'll straighten the horizon! Thanks!

I pick one, but I LOVE number two, but the horizon does need straightening out, AND, even though the mood calls for darker exposure, I still think with that in mind it's still a little under-exposed. Just a hair, though.
