Of COURSE. A poll and a funny hat make everything official.

I think everything sounds great. I would add one thing - if people worried about shipping across the border (due to shipping costs or the issues we've had with it before) would request that they be matched with someone from their own country, that would probably be a good idea to work in if it's not too much trouble. I know we've had *so* many issues with packages getting returned for silly reasons at the border that some people might want that as an option.
