*facepalm* This one may take me a while. We FINALLY got a kiddie-pool for Violet. We searched EVERYWHERE and couldn't find one locally, so we made the 30 minute drive to Wal-Mart yesterday.
Well, today I tried and tried to get her in it, and the best I could do, was to sit IN the pool, call her over to me, and pull her into the water with me. After a while she sat down in there with me, but wouldn't go in there by herself. Gah! We're going to keep trying to get her used to it. I threw her tennis ball in there and everything. Even FOOD! She'd put her front two feet into it to get the food/ball, and then jump out.

Catching up late, the closest thing to a water dog we have is Duke, he likes to lay on the splash pad at the park
