We have not had a dog priced at $1,200 yet. None so far have risen to that level in quality yet. Maybe in a few more years. Most are in the $400-600 range.

I don't "adopt out" doges we raised. Any dog from our blood line, by our contract terms, MUST be returned to us for rehoming. It can not be given away or sold to some one else. If they do and I find out about it there is a $1,500 damage penalty they must pay on demand.

There are ads on the site by free ad posters that are rehoming their dogs that are not fixed. We don't demand Spayed/Neutered for all fostered dogs but highly recommend it. To date I don't know of any adoptions that have been for unaltered dogs.

So... you admit that you're producing mediocre specimens, and will continue to produce mediocre specimens for another few years? Whaaa?

How is that responsible breed stewardship?

You are still ignoring the questions. Even at 400-500 you are still pumping out dogs who are no different than those who are on the rescue portion of your site.

Why not work with rescue vs contributing to the pet over pop problem?

But if you don't like that question...

Why is your health guarantee so short and only cover things that mean death? Are you breeding unhealthy dogs? Or un health tested dogs? I have to say that is one of the weakest guarantees I have seen yet.

I have other questions if you dont' like those ones either....

Sorry one more question....Why do you breed them so young and why is your main worry if they will cost you money in vet bills? How are you not in it for the money?

She really is swift, cute and fawn like! She is one and a half years old and recently had her first litter (2/10/10).

We know now that she is a fine mother who can take the strain of pregnancy and having a litter without a lot of additional vet bills.

Question. What's the pedigree on the "show quality Doberman dam" you bought in 1982? I always am interested in old pedigrees, and one of my dobes actually has an older chunk in his pedigree.

To the OP, just to let you know when I mentioned I was a breeder when I joined I got a lot of questions based on my website too. If you have nothing to hide and have real answers you have nothing to worry about.

We are all just passionate dog lovers here and many of us work in rescue and hate to see dogs produced who are no different than those who die every day for lack of homes.

Your chihuahuas do NOT look like chihuahuas are supposed to look at all. Breeders like you disgust me.

There are MORE than ENOUGH out of breed standard chihuahuas in rescues/shelters. There is NO reason to breed more of them
