Ill be getting another ECig soon enough. The place I ordered my"Starter Kit" from was a scam. They dont tell you that you are automatically signed up for a $60 a month cartridge payment. The Starter kit is free for 14 days and then they charge you $110.

Your better off buying an ECig locally and not being sucked into a monthly contract.

I truthfully believe, as an ex smoker for 4 years now. The only way to quit smoking and make it last, is when you are truly ready to quit smoking. Cold turkey seems to be the only way that has worked for the people I know that have quit for many years and never started it again. Until you are 100% sick of smoking, it seems you will always start again.
But, that is just my theory...

Well quitting, whether 'cold turkey' or gradually is not really my major issue. I've quit cold turkey in the past for more than 2 weeks at a time and believe I could've stayed off them forever.........but.........The issue was I replaced the cigarettes with FOOD! Not.even.joking........I gained over 10lbs in LESS than 2 weeks!

So kill myself with smoke, or kill myself with food.........hard choice!

So I would like to say that today is day 3 without an actual cigarette for me! I purchased an electronic cigarette and they are working! I've even taken OFF 3 lbs this week! WOOT! On top of that, this is a VERY stressful week for me as I have some very troubling and personal things going on right now............so please wish me continued success if you will

I won't even try to claim it's 'just like smoking' or as satisfying as smoking an actual cigarette. It's not.

What I can tell anyone out there thinking about it is, it's the best substitute I've ever tried. Better than the gum, and better than the patch. I have never tried those Chantix pills, but I will say it's a better choice than those pills for me! The warnings that come with those chantix pills scare me..........crazy vivid dreams? suicidal thoughts? Uh......no thanks! LOL

I have never heard of electronic cigarettes.... Have to research if they are available here, I REALLY want to quit.... But have major stress in my life Right now, more than I have ever had... So I have been scared to try for the safety of my loved ones....
