I don't know about anybody else, but the day after or even the day after that if I have fallen or hurt something i suffer most then. It always suprises me because I get up and think that wasn't so bad...and then the next day..oh ouuuch.

You're right on target, SMkie. I figured that out, too, when I was bodybuilding. The day after the day after is the rough one. I just avoided it by working out everyday
I've found, too, that if I go ahead and take a couple of aspirin before going to bed when I've done something that I just know is going to leave me sore it will eliminate or at least lessen the soreness considerably.
