I'd like to introduce you all to my newest pets, two African Clawed Frogs (big cousins of the African Dwarf Frog that is sold in lots of places). Their names are Rufus and Moe which may change in several months when I can sex them. There were three but unfortunately the smallest one passed away the day I got her, I suppose the stress of shipping and getting in a new home was too much for her. These two are doing great though, LOVE food. I got them from a breeder in Rhode Island, their mom is albino (As was one of their siblings which the breeder kept), dad is a normal like them.
So here are the pics! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

my boys had those when they were younger--actually pretty cool critters! They would swim to the top and eat food from a spoon--which was such fun for the kids! Have fun with them!

Those are way cool! I'm glad you have them in an appropriate tank and not those horrid 6inx6in tanks they were selling in Brookstone last christmas!

Ah, the platanna. Virulent little buggers they are. I once caught one on a fly line. LOL! He gave me a huge fright.
