I just started dieting and excercising and so far I've lost two pounds in three days. I'm beginning to think I'm losing it too fast. Am I?

My diet consists of:

Fruits
Veggies
Green Tea
Water
Fish
Nuts

Fish is the only meat I need to eat. I need to stop sneaking in pork.
I eat my biggest meal at breakfast and steady decrease it. Breakfast is huge and balanced, Lunch Moderate, and Dinner small.

Ever since I've started this diet, I feel like I have more energy and am tired at night. 2 lbs down, 78 lbs to go!
