same here never load it anymore.. just start clicking (my marking tool) right off the bat.

umm thats exactly how I train stays. And you are treating to get duration

you are rewarding duration. Though I do have a different cue for stay vs wait, so sit doesn't mean sit stay (doesn't work for what I want.. but it can easily be trained that way) But at the beginning to get the reward for 'sit' the sit has to be maintained longer and longer. At about 30 second duration it gets labled with the stay cue.
