Natural Jumping

Last year I started working on Suzanne Clothier's natural jumping program with Auggie. Some of you might have seen my blog posts about it or my YouTube videos. Well, I have a lot of unedited videos that I need to get around to editing and posting, but mostly I just didn't like how I did the only videos... so I am re-doing them.

If anybody is interested, here is my blog post on day one. The week two (round one for us) video is embedded.

I'm going to edit week 3 now, hopefully will get that done and uploaded tonight. There's LOTS of videos to slog through, and unfortunately I have no Mac with Final Cut so I'm stuck using Windows Movie Maker. fffffff
