walking a dog daily?

I walk - Capone lumbers. Unless he spots a sqiurrell... or rabbit, etc. *sigh*

We skip the day after agility practice, about once a week. (usually because he's managed to meld with his crate 'poufy' and can't hear me from his slumber.... though I shouldn't pick on him, I'm not in great shape after running like a spazz, either.)
