there is one here called dog paddling adventures or somthing, you go with a large group of people (who you know or dont know) go out in to the forests out here and do some camping, you boat, hike ect all with the group of dogs. sounds like alot of fun, also is really, really, I mean really expensive, like 400 bucks for 3 nights or somthing. I can go to the exact same camp ground they do and spend not even close to that much lol.

ETA: heres the site.

I wanted to skijor in winter with Dog paddling adventures. I was told no though. As a ski instructor who thought I could take a decent amount of burden off my dogs, I was told my dogs were too small. Apparently if they were over weight we'd then be fine to go play.. Oi.

I was signed up 2 years ago to go to camp dogwood. They canceled due to lack of participation last minute.

Now that I compete in agility and rally.. I likely wouldn't go anywhere that wasn't a competitive agility camp but most of those are a decent trek.. Like florida.. There are a few AAC judges that go see the Derrett's every spring for a tune up camp. I'm jealous, but the cost..

I was one of the trainers for Camp Dogwould one year. LOADS of fun, but definitely geared towards more beginners.

I wanted to try it, but my mom wouldn't let me. She really really wanted me to get into horses, so I always was @ horse camp. she thought horses were a better hobby for a young lady..

As far as Ive seen, the dog camps are pretty expensive. and many require they meet your dog beforehand. but, they also look like LOADS of fun!
I think I saw something on animal planet about one before
