If its really bothering him and depending on how bad it is:

Spray area with an anti biotic or something simular

Place sterile, non stick guaze pad on bottom of pad.

Wrap with vet wrap

I ended up using a natural diaper rash spray that seems to be working just fine. I really don't know what I would do without all of the help everyone on this site has provided. Saved me another 100 buckaroos
