We're moving soon to an apartment and I want to get a collar for my cat. She's outside/inside now and I will try to keep her inside when we move, but she's sneaky and I know she'll try to get out... The area is safe but I'd still feel better knowing she has a collar, but I want one that can snap if it gets caught in something...

Any recommendation?

I just buy them at the pet store or wal-mart or wherever. Almost all cat collars are made to break away

Most collars are breakaway. i warn you tho, buy a couple of them, because they tend to break away easily!

what i do is write my number in sharpie on same extra cheap collars, its a quick fix if she comes home without hers!
