Did you pick the lady walking her stroller containing her 9 month old baby? YOU WERE RIGHT! UN-FLIPPING-BELIEVABLE. That baby got licked by at least 6 different dogs in the FACE that i counted. But have no fear, mom took her sleeve and wiped the babys face.
