AHHh good! Again, I'm sorry for not coming across clearer on that.
I had an experience with that kind of owner once and it really irritated me because Its people like that that give responsible owners and dog's a bad name.

I remember when I was younger there were dogs all over the neighborhood, dobermans, german shepards, spanials, labs, etc.. but the most feared dog of all the kids was a Chihuahua

I had an encounter with a man and his pekignese once...
I was walking with amira, it was a beautiful day outside...And suddenly in front of us a man with his pekignese apears...His dog starts barking and choking with his colar,he wanted to get to amira and bite her...WTF? I said...Amira was so calm...I think she didn't even notice the dog..But I got mad coz the man started laughing "hahaha..what a joke"..yeah right...if Amira was a ferocious dog and would have bitten his dog he wouldn't be laughing...Anyway..I got mad and told him that if his dog is aggressive why doesn't he muzzle it? LOL
and the man started to swear at me...like...whatever...idiot..
