They do not ship, you have to arrange transport and payments for that but they do adopt out of state. You cannot expect them to arrange shipping and that sort of thing but if you want him and have the ability to get him to you then go for it.

this is the gsd urgent rescue thread, I really am rather upset by the death of a dog that I tried so desperately to save so I really wish to not post anymore with them. So you guys can check it out for yourselves.
