Newmans Organic and 3 Dog Bakery?

Are these decent foods? I ask because I actually saw them at Walmart yesterday! Just the canned, though I was in a hurry and didn't look further. I didn't see any huge issues, real meat is 1st ingredient, but I do rely on Chaz to educate me about foods (I was actually feeding Pedigree- and thought itwas good!), so I thought I would ask. Might do well in a pinch, as the nearest good food outlet is quite a drive.
