Forced air driers are good for getting rid of undercoat, I can't remember if this thread was about a fluff drier or an FA drier, but yes a forced air drier would help.

ABSOLUTLEY!!!!! These dryers blast away the dead and loose hair. The best way to help control alot of shedding is to furminate, wash and BLOWDRY!! I guarentee that you will notice a huge difference. Infact many of clients come to see me on a regular schedule for the shedding alone. With my Saint and HuskyX I take care of the seasonal coat blowing in a fraction of the time with the use of a high velocity dryer after a good brushing and a bath, and a good bath with a dry in between controls the dust bunnies that can happen in between the bigh blow outs.

Just to say, I got a Metro dryer and it works GREAT! I LOVE it! Cut drying time from 45 minutes(which resulted in damp hair) to about 25 minutes if that. I am SO happy with it. Wooo!
