making a recipe

Ok, my dog has food allergies bad and needs a homemade recipe that will help out.

I heard turcky is good in the food but not sure.
Also should i cook the meat in olive oil or canola oil? i have been told ether is fine.

I was going to put mix vegies and turcky and maybe potatos in the mix but is that ok?

Please give me some tips here.
