Growing Pictures

Thanks all She's such a growing machine!

The last picture was only from 4 days ago, so I don't know how much she's grown since then! I'm going to take another in a few days and see the difference!!

Here are a couple of hints.

When you are working with her on the table, put her front feet right at the very edge of the table. This will help teach her not to walk forward when you are baiting her.

You can do the same with the rear feet by putting her rear feet right at the edge of the table to teach her from moving backwards.

Gentle pressure/pulling on the tail to the rear can help puppies learn to lean out and stand nice up over their front leg.

Use a collar and get yourself used to keeping it right up under her neck when you are working her.

Stand in front of the dog to bait it.

Thanks RR! I'll try to put her more near the edge. Thing is she doesn't move when I bait her, she stands perfectly still I was going to fix the stack in the last pic, the pic I showed was the only one that looked okay! lol!!

I'll try the collar thing, I think that will be helpful.. Oh can you explain what I bolded? I don't fully understand!

ok, you set the puppy up, with the feet at the edge of the table. When you get her just right, bait her, and at the same time, pull back slightly on her tail to get her to resist the pull and lean forward over her front leg.
