*sigh* I didn't want to do this, but the only way I'll be able to do this is if I can actually overcome the feeling that everyone is going to say "OMG what a fat bitch!"... so here goes.
I am 5'7" tall, and the last time I weighed myself, I weighed about 225. Yes. I have gained lots of weight, and I have lots to lose. A year after having Johnny, I weighed 165. I'd like to get back down to that, and maybe more... but for now, I'm going to keep my goal at 60. If I get to 60, I'll do more. One step at a time, right?
I need to tone up my belly, my legs/thighs/butt are fantastic... all my weight in in my tummy area. So that is what needs to go! Walking is in the books already, as I love to take walks with my fatdog... crunches, and time to start a new meal plan for myself.
