Default Squealing, anyone?

Ok, I was reading the snoreing thread and it reminded me of something Peanut does. Whenever she gets happy, she'll grunt and sort of squeal. She sounds like a little pig. I think its hilarious and nicknamed her piggy. I wanted to ask if this is ok, or if it could be along the lines of congestion?

It's probably just a little quirk, Nedim . . . I wish I could hear it; it sounds hysterical
