Glad all is OK ~ I've known 3 dogs who have gone through windows - one went through a window and then fought off 2 pits who were approaching his owner - came out of it all without a scratch, one went through the windshield of a car, completely unharmed as well, and one went out a second floor window because someone was lurking outside the house - also unscathed.

Sounds like he and Spanky need to get together to have a terror run. Spanky jumped up on the counter this morning at my mom's and when I told him to GTF off he hid up on the fridge thinking I couldn't see him.

When I was younger we had a dog (who lived to be 16!) who did not like thunder. He once jumped through our bathroom screen window outside, he also once jumped out of a garage window (a very narrow opening). He was a bit neurotic and quite the athlete as he always liked to climb over our fence as well. He just hated thunder and always wanted to get away from wherever he was. He never felt safe. Poor boy.
