Cheza is on this...
http://www.frommfamily.com/products-fs-d-d-duck.php Works really well for her since she's allergic to other types of meat (believe lamb, not 100% sure). We would like to feed both her & the puppy the same food, but it clicked to me today that the Duck & potato might not be a good "all life stages" type of food for a dane. Any thoughts? I'm bad with ingredients...

I personally wouldn't feed this formula to a Great Dane pup. The fat content is a little high and a pup benefits from multiple protein sources that can be found in other foods for the proper balance of amino acids that help developing muscles. I had looked at Fromm Duck and Sweet Potato when we were looking into diets for allergies but decided against it because it claims that it has a single protein source, however listed in the ingredients chicken cartilage is listed making this NOT a single protein source. Glad to hear that it is working well for your Cheza.

Hmm okay thank you, that's some food for thought (no pun intended).
Maybe be better to put her on the new Canidae Grain Free until she's older?
