My friend crops his pit bulls ears, because the floppy ears make them look ''sissy''. But personally though I think they look better with the floppy ears, and they look like cats to me when they have their ears crop. Whats your opinion on cropped ears on a pit vs natural ears?

I would personally never crop my dogs ears. Sissy looking or not, they were born with them. There is no real reason to crop them anymore other than to make them look meaner.

Natural, its' cruel !
I wonder if he would also alter his children's ears to make them more aesthetically pleasing ! |

That's exactly my thoughts when I think of ppl docking or/and cropping! What not the worse part is they do with a batcher knife not even close to being educated owners! I'm proud to say Misty has natural ears, they may not be PERFECT! BUT -- I still love her to pieces
Look at this beautiful angelic girl of MY! How would you ever want to crop that beautiful face? ![]() On about cropping ears on Pit related dogs I do agree I think they look much cutier with natural ears |

I strongly prefer the look of natural ears on APBTs. Ears give them so much more personality.

i much prefer the natural look.
the only breed in which i prefer the cropped look is dobes (and maybe briards. i'm on the fence there). but i would never ever crop a dog, as i don't believe in it.

I definitely prefer natural ears, especially on APBTs.
