I lived in HK for 15 years, left in 1997 just before the handover. I bet it's changed a lot since then.

Big change or not? I am not sure. But I am sure you will not get lost if you have lived for 15 years before 1997. The situation in mainland China is a totally different story.

Thanks all for the warm welcome. It is a very cute tiny puppy. In Hong Kong, spaces are very limited. Keeping a dog with this size is better.
