The Owl and the Pussy-cat went to sea
In a beautiful pea-green boat,
They took some honey, and plenty of money,
Wrapped up in a five-pound note.
The Owl looked up to the stars above,

"O lovely Pussy! O Pussy, my love,

Pussy said to the Owl, "You elegant fowl!

By the Turkey who lives on the hill.

And hand in hand, on the edge of the sand,
They danced by the light of the moon,

That is so cute Renee. Is it an Irish song? Or a poem? That poor little panda that got so startled. So cute they are.

It was one of those staples growing up, in old books, along with "The Gingham Dog and the Calico Cat" and "Custard the Cowardly Dragon."
