I've been doing a lot of videoing of training sessions lately since I signed up for ST's Long Distance Foundation Class. So far the class has been great! We're only on lesson two and have around done all sorts of fun stuff
Here's some of Savvy's Lesson One work: http://youtu.be/ApNdqZV71h8 And what I'm very most excited about...Running Contacts! I just so love everything about RCs I'm glad to see that RCs are somewhat covered in the Foundation class too, although I'm sure not to the extent they are in the actual RC class. Feedback for Savvy's contacts from Silvia "Looks great! It’s normal that if you don’t normally train on full length DW that he will need some time to figure out the striding. But he is certainly not leapy and you got plenty of really cool hits!" and "I agree, RC are so much more as just contacts! It certainly looks like you’re on the right way, so just continue like this, slowly adding challenges."http://youtu.be/ApNdqZV71h8

Woohoo, so much fun!
Contacts are looking amazing, some nice deep hits for sure. I always laugh when watching RC videos. Only the truly obsessed find it fun to watch slow motion vids of rear leg separation, lol!
