What do you like to listen to while walking/whatever?
While out walking Katalin it's been a variety of podcasts lately - Advertising/marketing break downs, Savage Love, science, and ALOT of Old time radio - mostly horror/sci fi/mystery dramas.
But music wise it's a smattering of 70's music, K-pop, "Malt shop" classics (Platters, Ronettes, Supremes, Dion and so on), C-pop, and the occasional classical piece. I don't like walking in silence - my mind wanders off into unpleasant territory if I do so. And there's alot of things out there I'd really rather not hear...

Walking I usually have nothing in my ears, but for driving it's either new country, top 40 pop, or NPR.
 If the house is too quiet while internetting, I usually have the Imagine Dragons station on Pandora running in the background.

Nothing. I need to be able to hear oncoming cars/bikes/dogs to be able to avoid potential reactive situations.
Edit: In the car I channel surf between all the pop/alternative stations.

The birds. I really like hearing them sing.. LIsten for cars and possible loose dogs too. WIsh I couldn't hear people fighting, seems to be a great deal of that lately. Really tired of their arguements. wish they would shut their windows and keep it private.

Walking the dogs I need to stay alert for what's around me.
In the car it's the hard rock station.

I don't really listen to anything when walking my dog, I would get too distracted lol. But when I'm just walking by myself or when I'm at the gym I listen to my workout playlist or just put the iPhone on shuffle and I listen to whatever song is playing.

There is a CBC series called metamorphosis that I was downloading the podcasts for. Those are good for low-key walks.
When we are out in the country and I can afford to be really distracted, I'll watch YouTube videos on my iPhone! lol Nothing like listening to xfactor auditions while you're out in the middle of no where.

With the dog? Nothing... I'm pretty sure she'd find it awful boring if I just walked with music on her walk.

nothing when walking the dogs because i need to be able to hear game moving. when i am running nothing because it is my "quiet time" when i am best able to hear spiritual guidance.
driving, the local high school station-no commercials and better playlist that ranges from80 to now and a heavy alternative bent, best station to hear social d at home while studying, i listen to farzana naz & aryanna sayeed (although she sings too much dari & not enough pashto) on youtube
