Pembroke Corgi Breeders?

Someone I know is looking to get a Pembroke Corgi in the next little while.

I can't seem to find many (any) breeders in BC, Canada. Does anyone know any breeders around here?

I'm so afraid she's going to go to a BYB because she doesn't want to travel too far out of BC for a pup! And knowing the many health issues and more importantly temperament issues with BYB dogs, I'm hoping to give her some links and contacts.

Since I never look at pemmie breeders...give me some leads!

My brother is dead-set on one - so I'll post the links of the breeders we've (or more properly he) made contact with so far.

Btw, I have ZERO idea about what to look for in a Corgi breeder apart from general guidelines and even less idea about the breed itself. So I'll be watching this thread for suggestions too =)

Most have just finished their summer pups or the remaining ones have already found homes or are on reserve - so my brother hasn't had any luck. But I certainly wish you luck with yours =)

There is a ton of good breeders in Washington. Best to check for someone who is 100% UTD on health testing protocols as there have been a couple good advancements in recent years.

Yea Bransuzi is the only one I found as well. It's a little complicated because they're on Victoria and to get to them one needs to take a ferry.
